Kozhanova Elzira Yeralievna Head of the Educational Department of the Higher Pedagogical College Shymkent. She was born in 1990 in the city of Shymkent. Has been working at the college since 2013. Participated in many international and republican, regional conferences, was awarded letters of thanks.She took part in the contest "The best author's program -2019 " and was awarded a letter of thanks from the Department of Education of the Turkestan region. In 2022, she took the first place in the republican "subject Olympiad of teachers", held in order to improve the status and professional qualifications of teachers.
